God Mode folder in windows 7

Most of us use windows 7 now and we might find it a little irritating that most of the setting are scattered at different places and it may be a bit hard to find them. So here is a way around that:

God Mode folder in Windows 7.. what it does is, it creates a folder in which all the system setting are at one place, so  you can have access to them without having to search through control panel and what not..

How to do it?

1. Create a new folder on the desktop.

2. Rename it to “GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}” (you can copy it from here and paste the name exactly as it is.. without the quotes)

3. Open the folder and voila! there you are with all the settings at one place.

Important!: while this trick works fine for windows 7 both 32 bit and 64 bit versions, but it may not work properly on vista. so please, if you are using Vista(esp. 64 bit version) don’t try this. In case you do try it on vista and something goes wrong then, you may need to boot in safe mode or to the command line to delete the folder.
